30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Couture Only. That's why we offer a generous 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unworn or unused.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Initiating a Return

Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted,

Damage and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find that the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Inspections
Because we sell high-value items all our items go through a video-recorded pre-shipping and return processing inspection.
The video recordings and/or screenshots can be requested by email returns@coutureonly.com (Please reference the order number when sending email).
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get the desired product is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
