To Initiate a RETURN please email us at SHOP@COUTUREONLY.COM with your ORDER number #, email contact information or reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll send you a Free Return Label.

Once the item has been returned, Please allow for up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. Returned items must be returned in the exact condition they were received (i.e. with tags attached, new in box, etc.). It is the buyers responsibility for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item was received.

We strive to adhere to the highest quality standards when accepting returned items. Because we sell luxury items, returned products must be in unworn, unsoiled and perfect original condition. Original / New Condition includes protective shields on swimsuit and intimates bottoms, re-sealable and accompanying bags / cases, and items properly folded with all tags in place. We also recommend that you protect the item against any pet hair or dander, liquid, or other debris, and to put it back in the plastic packaging it came from once you’ve tried it on. 

Swimwear and Intimates Return Policy

We’re unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.

When you receive your swimwear or intimates item, we strongly suggest you try it on over your personal underwear. After you decide to keep your items, feel free to remove the hygienic strip and tags.
